Departure from Tirana or Shkodra and head towards the Montenegrin border (about 2-3 hours depending on the departure point).
Border crossing at Hani i Hotit (if departing from Shkodra) or Muriqan. Continue towards Kotor.
At midday:
Arrival in Kotor and check-in at the hotel.
Start exploring the Old Town of Kotor, a UNESCO World Heritage site. Visit key landmarks such as St. Tryphon's Cathedral, the Clock Tower of Kotor, and stroll through the cobblestone streets.
In the afternoon:
After lunch, hike up to the Kotor Fortress (San Giovanni) for panoramic views of the Bay of Kotor. The hike takes about 45 minutes but is worth it for the spectacular view.
Alternatively, take a boat trip around the bay to enjoy views of Kotor and the surrounding villages from the water.
In the evening:
Enjoy dinner at a restaurant near the bay with beautiful sea views. Try traditional dishes like fish risotto or lamb.

Travel to Perast (20 minutes from Kotor), a picturesque town in the Bay of Kotor.
Take a boat to visit the island of Our Lady of the Rocks, an artificial island with a beautiful church and museum. Spend some time exploring the Perast coastline before continuing the journey.
At midday:
Continue to Budva (45 minutes from Perast), one of the most popular coastal cities in Montenegro.
Explore Budva’s Old Town, with its stone walls, narrow streets, and historical landmarks such as the Citadel. After exploring, enjoy relaxing at Mogren Beach along the Adriatic Sea.
In the afternoon:
Visit Sveti Stefan (20 minutes from Budva), an iconic island now converted into a luxury resort. While the island is closed to the public, you can take stunning photos from nearby viewpoints and enjoy the public beach of Sveti Stefan.
In the evening:
Return to Budva to enjoy the nightlife or a relaxing dinner by the sea.

In the morning:
After breakfast, travel to Lovćen National Park (1 hour from Budva). Visit the Njegoš Mausoleum, located on top of Mount Lovćen. The climb requires 461 steps, but the views are breathtaking and offer a panoramic view of Montenegro's landscapes and coastline.
In the afternoon:
After exploring the park, stop in the historic town of Cetinje (30 minutes from Lovćen) for lunch. Cetinje was the former royal capital of Montenegro and is home to several important cultural monuments, including the Cetinje Monastery.
Late afternoon:
Begin the return journey to Albania, crossing the border and arriving in Tirana or Shkodra by evening.
